Cleary Bros took over the care of Palomares Hills Master Owners Association and in the first year save the customer $40,000 in water costs. The savings came largely through proper water management under the guidance of Karine’ (The Account Manager), Juan (The Production Manager), Mayolo (Irrigation Manager), and Joel (the Foreman). They all worked together with the support of the Board of Directors and the property manager to receive accolades from the EBMUD water conservation department. Great job team!
