At the Helm of the Maintenance Division is Martin Cleary.  After attaining a degree in horticulture and agricultural management from the University of California at Davis, Martin co-founded Cleary Bros. Landscape. 

What began as a couple of guys and a lawnmower has evolved into a 180 employee, award winning landscape construction and maintenance firm that has proudly been serving the Bay Area’s landscape market since 1987. 

Away from the office, Martin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, supports various philanthropies, is a novice vintner, and recently started raising honey bees.

Leading the construction division is Michael Cleary, also a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Landscape Design and economics.   Mikes passion for excellence and drive to be challenged has earned the company many award winning projects as well as a reputation for completing challenging projects for the discerning clients.

Mike is an avid outdoorsman and has spent many weekends volunteering with the Adaptive Ski School in the Sierras.

Palmer is a native of California and absolutely loves this area. He loves life and meeting new people, has a huge desire to explore and travel the world, especially France.

Palmer studied the sciences at UCLA.

Palmer Hill has been an Account Manager with Cleary Bros. for 15 years and manages large HOA's, Commercial Shopping Centers, Business Centers and Parks in parts of Walnut Creek, Oakland, Alameda and San Jose.

Julie joined Cleary Bros in 2009 after spending some time as an Account Manager at some smaller Bay Area landscape firms, Julie’s presence greatly compliments the team. Her focus has always been on the renovation and care of large properties including world class golf courses.

Julie has a degree in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota. 

In her spare time, Julie loves to explore California with her husband and volunteer for breast cancer research funding. .

When out of the field and with her family, Karine` enjoys hiking with her daughter and creating confectionary masterpieces in the kitchen.

He’s responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s tree division, from managing crews, to training, to estimating.  Pedro is a self-taught, energetic entrepreneur who values hard work and a team effort. 

When not at work, he can often be found spending time with his family or playing with his band.

Kyle is a recent Graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Forestry and GIS technologies.

Kyle is taking the lead in rolling out our GIS (Graphical Information System) program. Kyle has been creating digital maps of our customers properties and geolocating assets (trees, irrigation zones, and planting zones). Of of these items are linked to a very powerful database. With this, we will reduce the overall cost of planning and managing these assets.
