Featured Property of the Month: Charleston Village

Charleston Village is a small quiet community nestled under many large Redwood Trees in Mountain View.  We have partnered with the HOA and Common Interest Management to renovate nearly the entire property updating with new plant material as well as designing and building a much more efficient drip irrigation system. We are excited to watch this new landscape mature and look forward to seeing the water savings as this drought tolerant landscape matures.

 

April’s Featured Property of the Month

We’ve enjoyed a long relationship with KTVU Channel 2’s property in Oakland, providing their landscape maintenance for over 20 years! Set against the estuary near Jack London Square, KTVU has a great location and vantage point of the Bay. Cleary Bros. has been proud to take care of the landscape as well as the mature trees throughout the parking lot and around the building that add to the picturesque setting. We’re looking forward to renovating their landscape along the estuary in the coming months and taking care of the property for years to come!

 

Featured Property: Palomares Hills Master Association

The Palomares Hills Master Association is located in the beautiful hills above Castro Valley.  Cleary Brothers has partnered with them over the past seven years to completely renovate the property entrance as well as the Clubhouse parking lot.  As the new plant material matures in the high focal points, we are working with the Board of Directors and Common Area Committee to renovate the trail heads and combat the erosion of the hillsides through the installation of new plant material and straw wattles.  Our crew is a part of the community and work tirelessly to keep Palomares Hills a beautiful place to live. 

 

Cleary Bros is Going to the Dogs!

The Cleary Bros. Construction Division just completed the 1.5 acre Cubby Dog Park in Pleasanton near Bernal Ave.  Named after the first K-9 in Pleasanton’s police force, the park offers 2 large shade structures, dog drinking fountains, agility obstacles, engineered wood fiber surfacing, and seating & eating areas.  Our scope of work also included grading the entire site, new fencing, concrete, asphalt, parking lot striping, irrigation system, and California native plants & trees.  Since the opening day, the park has seen immediate use and it’s a great new off- leash space for our four- legged friends.

Cleary Bros has maintained Lawrence Estates I since 2003 and works closely with property manager Bill Bavelas of the Bridgeport Company to maintain the landscape and keep the curb appeal at a high level. It’s a scenic and semirural community nestled in Danville,  with 33 homes and boasts awardwinning schools and amenities. The neighborhood has a rural feel with closetotownconvenience.

6801 Koll Center Parkway, is one of our buildings at Bernal Corporate Plaza in Pleasanton, Ca. This is one of four buildings we maintain, along with the entire Koll Center Parkway Circle, the Arroyo Trail, and five street medians along Bernal Ave and Valley Ave. Bernal Corporate Plaza is a high end Class A commercial office park that is managed by Parkway Properties and owned by Principal Real Estate Investors. It is a 99-acre master-planned community that was built in 1999. Since our July 1st start, just two months ago, Cleary Bros. Landscape has been very busy doing extensive tree work, irrigation trouble shooting and repairs, landscape renovations and more. In addition, Cleary and Parkway Properties are working in partnership to implement Bay Friendly Landscape practices.
