The Maintenance Production Manager is responsible for managing the safety, moral, and efficiency of the maintenance and renovation teams associated with his/her branch.

Requirements:

  • High level of reliability to Customers and Company commitments
  • Keep your team as strong as possible.
  • Monitor properties for quality and put plans in place for corrective action
  • Manage safety and skills training very effectively.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude while complying with all company policies and safety requirements
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Thorough understanding of Cleary Bros. standard maintenance specification and scope of extra services
  • Must have horticultural knowledge and skills
  • Must recognize quality deficiencies and gauge when a property reaches a Cleary Bros. detail level
  • Appearance and behavior must be clean and professional

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work space for employees and pedestrians
  • Manage communication quickly and effectively between Administration and crews
  • Management of Maintenance Foremen and crew members
  • Ability to develop personnel within designated area
  • Establish goals and objectives for all Maintenance Foremen
  • Perform annual performance reviews of direct reports

  • Branch/Account Manager

Position Summary:

We currently have a full time position available for a Arborist Account Manager in the SF South Bay

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating trees and surrounding plant material for disease and pest problems
  • Repairing broken branches by securing cables and braces to larger limbs
  • Analyzing nutritional needs and fertilizing trees
  • Planning and developing budgets for tree maintenance services for our commercial clients
  • Providing clients with written evaluations to keep clients apprised of plant material health
  • Ensuring that all operations, workers and properties are that clients are informed of any potentially dangerous situations in the property

Basic Qualifications:

  • Certified Arborist
  • Extensive knowledge in the care and maintenance of trees
  • Strong work ethic
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
