HR Administrator

Responsibilities may include the following:
• Manage and monitor performance appraisal process
• Plan company events
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Administer and coordinate safety program and workers compensation
• Fleet management including insurance
• Benefits administration
• Assist in organizational training and development efforts.
Experience and skills:
Minimum of three years experience in an administrative support role, assisting business owners / managers with employee issues.
• Must have solid computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases
• Superior organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills
• ability to develop relationships, build trust, get all sides of an issue and make recommendations on how to proceed.
• Good attention to detail is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources is strongly preferred.
